Hi I am Mike Hildreth co-founder of Hildreth Organization and  I’ve always been passionate about renewable energy. I believe that it’s the key to a sustainable future and a better world for everyone. However, I also know that the renewable energy industry can be challenging – there are so many complex technologies and regulations to navigate.

That’s where my best friend Evan comes in. Evan the other co-founder shares my passion for renewable energy. Since the seventh grade we’ve always dreamed of being pioneers in the energy industry. Our white boards growing up were full of designs and ideas to better the world around us. We figured there is no better way to make a living than helping others. That is how we were raised and desire to continue to grow. That is the culture we bring to all the people we meet with. Evan’s passion to lead this industry in the right direction makes him a steadfast entrepreneur with the sole desire to help each and every person he meets. We pride ourselves on this shared passion and instill it in everyone we work with.

We decided to start a company that would focus on building renewable energy infrastructure in New England. Our goal was to provide a one-stop-shop for all things renewable energy – from planning and design to construction and maintenance. It takes more than we thought to make our dreams a reality in this saturated field full of people doing it for the wrong reasons. It would be simpler to go work for a more established company. We yearn to do more than what every other company does. We do not only want to grow and provide the best service in this sector, we want to be pillars of the community and stewards of a brighter future in all facets of life. 

We know there is hard work ahead of us; however, we are determined to make a difference. With people like yourself who have viewed our site we know we can and will make a difference. With the right intentions and a community behind us we will drive the results that create a brighter future for us all. 

We will continue to assemble the team of experts, including engineers, project managers, and sustainability consultants. We will continue to reach out to potential clients and partners in the region like you. We will continue to meet the demand for clean, cost reducing renewable energy in our community. In doing this we will continue to be amazed and amaze our clients with the impact of taking complex technologies and making it simple for them to benefit from.

Renewable energy is a rapidly-evolving industry, and we will be able to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and regulations. We will also be able to navigate complex government incentives and funding mechanisms that vary by state. We will be able to adjust and continue to make our clients transition easy. We will persevere always to accomplish our mission of making a brighter future for our communities.
